Team building
Team building in Oberberg starts right on the doorstep
For team building in Oberberg, Waldhotel Wiehl has plenty to offer: the skittle alley, wildlife park and stalactite cave are right by the hotel, and a shared meal rounds off the day.
We organise it for you
We plan the skittles evening, cave tour and meal with you and coordinate the timings with your meeting. We do not offer a fixed trainer-led programme; you decide what your team experiences together.
The team bonds over these moments
Climbing down 26 steps into the cave together, competing on the skittle alley or walking through the wildlife park: that creates more connection than another presentation.
Guided hike through the Wiehl forest
Out of the meeting room and into the forest: on request we organise a guided hike starting right at the hotel. Fresh air between two sessions brings fresh ideas.
Treasure hunt with a miner’s lamp
A treasure hunt by miner’s lamp through the stalactite cave next door: the team solves the challenge together underground, and everyone will talk about it for a long time. On request.

Skittles
To the skittle alley after the meeting
An evening on the skittle alley loosens up the group after the meeting, and colleagues become teammates.

Wildlife park
Fresh air in the wildlife park next door
A walk through the wildlife park right by the hotel brings fresh air into your break and fresh thoughts into your head.

Stalactite cave
The cave as an outing for the whole team
The stalactite cave is waiting for your team right next door. Details and bookings are handled via the cave’s website.
Reception in the cave for companies To the stalactite cave website

Evening
The evening belongs to the buffet
Buffet or individual menu, you decide how we may treat your team.
